All Thermotex products come with a
1 year manufacturer's warranty.
All products are checked and tested before
shipping to make sure they are in perfect condition. If your
product arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately and
you must keep the shipping box (UPS requires the shipping
box to process a damaged item claim) so we can file a claim with
UPS and replace your damaged product.
If
you wish to cancel your order, please
contact us ASAP. Orders
cancelled after they have shipped will be subject to restocking fees.
Restocking fees include all shipping charges and credit card fees that we incur.
